Frazier Hits in 20 Straight Games Monday, September 17th, 2018 Todd Frazier, third baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 2 hits in his club's 6-2 victory today over the New York Mets at Citizens Bank Park today. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Todd Frazier hit a solo-shot off Amir Garrett in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Amir Garrett in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and walked in the 8th. On the year Frazier is hitting .279 with 154 hits, 42 home runs, 88 RBIs, .342 OBP and has scored 89 runs. |
