Brewers Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
|
Eugenio Suarez was instrumental in his team's 8-4 triumph over the Arizona Diamondbacks. The third baseman was 3-5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Milwaukee Brewers. Andrew Kittredge, credited with the win, is now 6-1. He allowed no runs on no hits in 0.2 innings. The Brewers own a robust 64-34 mark.
An important at-bat for Milwaukee came with two out in the top of the tenth. With the bases loaded, Suarez hit a run-scoring single, which contributed to the Brewers win.
"Exciting game to play in," said Suarez. "Getting the win makes it even better."
