McGowin Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Oklahoma City Monday, June 17th, 2019 Today was Kyle McGowin's turn in the rotation for the El Paso Chihuahuas and he made the most of it, shutting out the Oklahoma City Dodgers on 2 hits.
