July's #1 Batter Announced Thursday, August 1st, 2019 Ronald Guzman made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the American Conference this past month. The Omaha Storm Chasers first baseman shined through the month of July and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old hit .357 with 7 home runs, 23 RBIs and 19 runs scored. This season Guzman is swinging the bat at a .314 rate with 74 hits in 236 at-bats. To date he has hit 11 home runs, scored 40 runs and driven in 48. |
