PC's #1 Batter Chosen Sunday, September 1st, 2019 When Vladimir Guerrero Jr. stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the National Conference Batter of the Month award. The young Gwinnett third baseman posted a .402 batting average with 8 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 25 runs. Guerrero Jr. also worked pitchers for 17 walks to post a .491 on-base percentage. This season Guerrero Jr. is batting .365 with 110 RBIs, 110 runs scored and 38 home runs. |
