Evans Gets Award for Relief Work Thursday, October 10th, 2019 At the young age of only 22, DeMarcus Evans has been named the American Conference Reliever of the Year winner for 2019. The future appears bright for the Nashville Sounds relief ace, who captured the award with 2 saves in 48 relief appearances, 105 strikeouts in 54.1 innings and a record of 6-1 to go with his 1.82 ERA.
