Outstanding Pitcher Award Presented by AC Saturday, October 12th, 2019 Chris Paddack is the latest American Conference Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. The Pawtucket starter really shone on the hill time and again and finished 2019 with a sparkling 15-3 record. In 29 starts, he fanned 185, walked 28 in 166 innings and posted a 2.66 ERA. Paddack held opposing hitters to a .233 batting average. He received 29 first place votes out of a possible 30. Anthony Banda of the Tacoma Rainiers finished second in voting, while A.J.
