JetHawks Beer Snags NC Player of the Week

It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the National Conference, but last week Seth Beer of the Lancaster JetHawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Beer rocked opposing pitching for a .421 average (8-for-19), 6 home runs and 18 RBIs to come away with the award.
Beer is currently batting .339 with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has 21 hits in 62 at-bats.
